2. Is it safe for children to use?
The ice shaver has a sharp blade. It should only be used by adults. Keep out of reach of children.

3. How do I clean it?
The ice shaver can be taken apart easily. Rinse all parts under water and let dry. No special tools or detergents required.

4. What materials is it made of?
The Frosty Fun Ice Shaver is made with food-grade plastic and stainless steel blades, ensuring safe and durable use.

5. How much ice or fruit can I shave at once?
Each session can shave enough for 1–2 cups of ice or frozen fruit, depending on the size of your container.

6. Can I use it with hard frozen juice or fruit?
This ice shaver works best with soft frozen fruits or ice cubes. Very hard frozen items (like solid fruit blocks) may be difficult to shave and could damage the blades. We recommend slightly thawing or cutting them into smaller pieces before use.

7. Is it easy to store?
Yes! The compact design makes it easy to store in a kitchen drawer or cupboard.

8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Tracking info is provided after shipment.

9. What if I’m not satisfied or need a return?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers cover return shipping.
