Ingredients (per serving)
1.Frozen milk (to be shaved) 250 ml
2.Fruit ½ cup (~75 g) — peach or any fruit of your choice
3.Cream ice cream 1 scoop (~50 g)
4.Whipped cream ~30 ml
5.Condensed milk ~30 ml (for drizzling)
6.Raspberry 1 (for decoration)
Instructions
1.Freeze the milk: Pour 250 ml of milk into a container and freeze until solid.
2.Shave the milk: Use your Binshu manual tool to shave the frozen milk into a fluffy, snow-like texture. Place it in a serving bowl.
3.Add fruit and ice cream: Arrange ½ cup (~75 g) of sliced fruit on top. Add 1 scoop (~50 g) of cream ice cream beside the fruit.
4.Add whipped cream: Spoon ~30 ml of whipped cream next to the ice cream.
5.Decorate and drizzle: Top with 1 raspberry. Drizzle ~30 ml of condensed milk over everything.
6.Serve and enjoy: Your homemade Bhinsu is creamy, fruity, fluffy, and perfect for a hot day.
